Tiny House Raffle 2024/2025
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By buying a ticket in our 2024/2025 Tiny House raffle you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
  1. The Tiny House being offered as first prize in our raffle was built by volunteers and non-skilled labour and no warranty is given in respect to the workmanship. 
  2. The tiny house raffle prize was built using recycled, repurposed and new materials.
  3. The lucky winner, upon receiving the Tiny House from Container of Dreams Ltd., acknowledges that No Warranty is attached, unless otherwise expressly set forth in this agreement, neither party hereto makes any representation and extends no warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
  4. The Tiny House raffle prize is measured at Four (4) metres by two (2) metres and sits on a six (6) metre long trailer.
  5. The Tiny House raffle prize has an unlined interior, ready for the winner to personalise to their own specifications.
  6. The trailer and Tiny House is not registered and Container of Dreams Ltd. makes no representations as to the roadworthiness of the trailer.
  7. Transport of the Tiny House raffle prize to the winner’s destination of choice is the responsibility of the prize winner. Container of Dreams Ltd. makes no representations as to the transportation of the prize after the draw date of the raffle.
  8. Container of Dreams Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever resulting or arising directly or indirectly from the use of the items once the prize winner has taken possession of the items, including the Tiny House raffle prize.
  9. The draw will take place on Sunday 20 April 2025
  10. The results of the draw will be published on our website and social media pages.
  11. The draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The winner will have a period of three (3) months from the draw date to accept and collect the prize. If the winner does not collect the Tiny House raffle prize within this period then a second draw will take place at our offices, using the original tickets (which will be retained for this purpose).
